Delivery and Returns

 

  1. 1.      What are your delivery charges?

 

       Trixi Belle’s offers free shipping within 24hrs.

 

  • If your order is placed before 2PM you will receive it the following day.

 

  • if first delivery attempt is unsuccessful, 2nd delivery attempt will carry a charge.

 

 

  1. 2.     Where do you deliver too? How long does it take?

 

  • Trixi Belles delivers all over Ireland and the UK.  We offer free delivery throughout Ireland.

 

  • Trixi Belles is so dedicated to delivering a premium service we offer free express service that delivers within 24hrs (except Bank holidays and weekends)

 

 

 

  1. 3.     Can I have my order sent to any address?

 

The simple answer is yes!

 

You can enter any delivery address during checkout. If you’re a registered customer you can add a new address during checkout or in the address book section of ‘your account’.

 

 You can keep up to 6 delivery addresses – it’s easy and it’ll speed this up during checkout! 

Go to the ‘address book’ in ‘your account’ and click on the ‘add delivery address’ button and enter the new details – simple! You can change or delete any of them any time you like. 

You can save up to 6 different cards to use as well when buying from us and this will speed up checkout even more!!

 

If you aren’t registered don’t worry, you don't have to be and you can always change the delivery address and the card you use each time you go through checkout.

 

 

Please be aware we are unable to deliver to certain addresses, including PO Boxes, Hospitals, Airports or H.M. Prisons . 

Our system may initially accept a delivery to one of these addresses and then cancel the order at a later stage. This detail is available to view on our T&Cs page under ‘delivery locations.’

 

 

  1. 4.     How do I track my order?

 

It's simple...

 

Once your order is dispatched you'll be sent an email confirming that your goods are on the way. It will have a link taking you directly to our carriers website giving you all the information you need about where your parcel is. 

 

 

 

  1. 5.     I think my parcel had gone missing, what do I do?

 

Don't worry we'll help you find it...

 

Standard delivery should take between 24hrs(excluding Bank Holidays and weekends), so if your parcel is taking a little longer to arrive please track it online using the link in your dispatch confirmation email.

 

If the carrier attempted to deliver and you were out this could result in a delay whilst re-delivery is arranged.

 

If you have tracked your parcel and think it may be lost, please contact us at customerservice@trixibelles.ie or through the Contact Us page. Remember to include your order number it’ll help us speed up the search.

 

We’ll send you a ‘missing parcel claim form’ to sign and return, which acts as a declaration of your claim. We will investigate the claim upon receipt of your declaration and advise you of the outcome within 4 working days. If appropriate, a refund will be issued to the credit/debit card used for your purchase.

 

Trixi Belle's may refuse to deliver to an address that is considered insecure. If necessary, we will request that you select an alternative address

 

  6.  How do I return or exchange an item?

 

We hope you’ll love every Trixi Belle purchase, but if you ever need to return an item you can do so within 14 days of receipt via courier using the Trixi Belle Parcel Collection Service.

 

it can take up to 28 days for a return to be processed if you choose to send it back to us via DPD.

 

Full instructions appear on the reverse of your order Dispatch Note.

 

Make sure the merchandise is in its original packaging, (e.g., shoebox), and place it in a shipping box.   The product must be in its original condition.  Refunds may not be made if the goods are damaged or worn.  Please contact customerservice@trixibelles.ie to return an item.

 

  1. 7.     How will I be refunded? How long does it take?

 

Online customer refunds are made only to the card used for the purchase. This is to protect you.

 

Returns made via DPD can take up to 28 days to process. You must contact customerservice@trixibelles.ie to arrange for pick up. The refund will be credited to the card used for purchase.

 

 

  1. 8.     I have received a gift but I want to return it.  Is this possible?

 

Trixibelles.ie is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please contact customerservice@trixibelles.ie to arrange returns. They will need some information in order to pull up the account that the gift was purchased on.  You will have to provide their phone number, first and last name, or email address. 

Any gift item being returned will be refunded to the original purchaser's method of payment; you cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item.

 However, we can definitely process a gift exchange for you for another item. Please contact us at customerservice@trixibelles.ie for assistance.  To ensure availability of your desired item, please place the item into your shopping cart. If we do not have the size and color combination available, it will give you an error message.  In order to expedite the process for you, you can create your own account on Trixi Belles.ie. Please click on the "My Account" link at the top right of the website and begin the process. Otherwise, we will be more than happy to create one for you over the phone.

 

 

 

 

Register

 

  1. 1.      Do I need to register?

 

No you don't.

 

You can shop online without registering all we need when you checkout is an email address and of course your payment details. 

If you do register we’ll be able to use the details you decide to save in your account to speed things up for you during checkout and keep you up to date with all the latest fashion news.

 

  1. 2.     Will I receive marketing emails?

 

No, not unless you want too!

 

We won’t email you unless you want to receive them and we won’t pass on your details to any one else. You can remove yourself from our mailing list whenever you like.

 

 

  1. 3.     What if I forget my password?

 

 

Don't worry...

 

Just follow the forgotten password link when trying to login and we’ll send you an email with a link to set up a new one.

 

 

 

Payment & Ordering

 

  1. 1.      How secure is your website?

 

Shopping online should always be as secure as shopping in store. With Trixi Belles, it really is!

 

Your privacy is important. That’s why we keep any personal information you provide on a secure server to protect it.
 

We only share your information if you have given us permission to do so. We do reserve the right to disclose information in certain circumstances clearly stated in our Privacy Policy, to be found in our ‘Terms and Conditions’.

 

Trixi Belle’s operates a fraud prevention policy and undertakes searches for the purpose of verifying your identity & details. Agencies we use may check details you supply against any particulars on any database (public or otherwise) to which they have access. They may also use your details in the future to assist other companies for verification purposes. By submitting your order you agree to this. 
 

  1. 2.   Why won’t my card payment go through?

 

We’re not always able to specify why card payments don’t clear, as the card payment process involves both our systems and your bank’s.

 

If a card payment fails please double check you’ve entered all the details correctly, that you are using an Irish Registered card which has not expired, and that your billing address has been entered at checkout exactly as it appears on your bank statement.

 

If all else fails then please try an alternative card for payment - we accept all major credit and debit cards.

 

  1. 3.     When is my payment taken for my order?

 

We gain bank authorisation for your debit/credit card once you place an order with us. However, we don’t actually take your money until we despatch your goods.

 

Upon despatch you will receive an email from us to confirm which items are being sent and the exact amount being charged to your card.

 

This means that if for any reason we are unable to send any of the items you ordered you only get charged for the one’s we do send.

 

 

  1. 4.     Which cards can I pay with?

 

Trixi Belles offers the following payment gateways:

            Mastercard

            Visa Electron

 

If you register with us you can save your card details whenever you buy online, this will speed up the checkout process for you. You can save up to 6 different payment cards.

 

 

 

 

 

  1. 5.     Can I cancel or change my order?

 

Unfortunately not...

 

Once an order is placed it can't be changed or cancelled but don't worry you can return anything you buy easily. 

 

  1. 6.     Can I order from outside of Ireland?

General

 

  1. 1.      How do I know my shoe size?

 

if you are unsure of your shoe size, you can measure your shoe size on the chart provided. Because the foot is three-dimensional, any two-dimensional measuring tool, such as a ruler can only approximate your true shoe size.

 

Please also keep in mind that manufacturers use different lasts ;to construct their shoes, and sizing may vary accordingly.

 

  1. 2.     I want to know if you carry a specific colour/size/width?

 

You can narrow down your search by using the easy to use navigation tools.

 

  1. 3.     The item I want is Out of Stock?

Fashion moves fast and sometimes we run out of things online. Don't worry though we want to help you find that important fashion fix so please contact our customer services team and they'll try and find if we can get it for you.
